NO SIGHTING POLICY – WHALE SHARKS ONLY This is a “nature based” tour that relies on sighting wild animals and sightings can not be guarantee . However if there is a tour where a whale shark, is not sighting policy offers you another try at no exstra cost. CONDITIONS: Customers can try againg on the next available tour with seats that have not sold to first time booking. Passengers will be put on a stand-by list for an allocated day that may be available. These seats are allocated at 5.00pm the night before
a tour. This may take 2-3days or longer depending on availability of unsold seats. Passengers who book first will get first option to allocate a day for stand-by. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED SEAT.
